This recipe is great for all kinds of events. From parties to football games this dip goes with any chip or pretzel. I hope you like it as much as I do.
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
16 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
12 oz. can of your favorite beer
1 or 2 of your favorite chili peppers
In a bowl, toss the shredded cheddar cheese and the flour together until the cheese is coated in the flour. Finely mince the peppers of your choice. Pour the beer into a 2 qt. sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once the beer comes to a boil add the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and your peppers to the sauce pan, and stir until everything comes together. Pour into a serving bowl and dip your favorite chip.
